Oreo Cheesecake Balls

Not all of us can be like TLC’s Cake Boss, Buddy Valastro, but we like to think we could be. When it comes to baking, there are many trial and error runs (and tears) before perfecting a dish. It’s a lot of too much flour or too little or leaving them in the oven a minute too late. My little secret to the perfect dessert dish? 3-ingredient Oreo cheesecake balls.

First, you will want to start with:

                         1. 1 or 2 (an extra for more crunch) boxes of Oreo’s

                         2. 1 package of cream cheese

                         3. 1 package of chocolate chips

Next, crush up the Oreo’s. Every single one of them. Maybe you even want to throw in half another pack if you love Oreos like me. Then you will want to mix together the crushed up Oreos and package of cream cheese. Roll them into balls, about the size of a loonie. Put ’em in the freezer for 20 minutes, turn up the music, have a dance party, come back and melt the package of chocolate chips in a bowl. You can microwave them for 1 minute each time, stirring it, and repeating till they are melted. Dip the chilled balls into the chocolate and put them back in the freezer overnight. Don’t be afraid to wake up and have one for breakfast either!
