Born in Edmonton, Ayden Ganam is in his second year at NAIT's Radio and Television program with a goal to work in sports broadcasting. Being the son of on-air personality Shaye Ganam, the newsroom is second nature to Ayden. Ayden has had experience in the sports industry working as the Play-By-Play announcer for the NAIT Ooks hockey teams and as a Technical Video Assistant for the Edmonton Elks. After losing many loved ones to cancer, Ayden joined the "Hair Massacure" fundraiser in 2014 and raised over $15,000. When he isn't working, you can find Ayden spending time with his family and two dogs. You can also see him playing hockey or cheering on his Boston Bruins with his Dad.
